Zawe Ashton Gives Birth, Welcomes Baby No. 2 With Tom Hiddleston

Tom Hiddleston and Zawe Ashton have marvelous news.

The pair recently welcomed their second baby together, the Loki star confirmed in a GQ profile published on Dec. 30.

Though Tom did not reveal the name or sex of his newborn, he shared that Zawe gave birth shortly before his sister welcomed a baby of her own. As he raved to the outlet, birth is the “most beautiful, profound, earth-shattering, life-altering” experience.

The couple—who welcomed their first child in 2022—revealed the news of Zawe’s pregnancy to Vogue ahead of the SXSW London premiere of Tom’s film The Life of Chuck June 7. At the premiere, the Dreams of a Life actress debuted her bump in a beautiful light-blue ruffled gown designed by Emilia Wickstead. 

“I feel really lucky to be working with someone that I know and who’s been such a champion of me at this sensitive red-carpet dressing moment,” the Marvels actress told the magazine of the milestone moment. “I feel like I’ll be very held on an evening where, as an expectant mother, you can feel a little bit exposed.”
