Who Katy Perry Desires to Exchange Her on American Idol

Dim the lights, Katy Perry has a pitch for American Idol.

The “Firework” singer, who is ready to depart the ABC competitors collection after this season, not too long ago revealed who she’d wish to see be a part of Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan on the judges’ desk. 

“I gotta say Jelly Roll was loopy when he got here on the present,” Katy informed E! Information after American Idol‘s April 15 dwell present. “I used to be satisfied at something he mentioned. He might run for president, he might be my pastor, I would return to church for him. He might promote me something.”

“So I really like him,” she famous of the “Wild Ones” artist, who not too long ago appeared on the April eight episode of Idol. “And to have any of those guys plus Jelly on the present can be superb. I really like you, Jelly!” (For extra Idol interviews, watch E! Information April 16.)

When it comes all the way down to it, Perry simply desires her alternative to talk their thoughts.

“I desire a fact teller,” she added. “I need somebody that isn’t afraid to inform the reality in a swish method.”
