Michelle Trachtenberg, Gossip Woman & Harriet the Spy Star, Lifeless at 39

The Hollywood group has misplaced a shiny star.

Michelle Trachtenberg, who rose to fame in Harriet the Spy and Buffy the Vampire Slayer and later had a memorable function on Gossip Woman, has died on the age of 39, the New York Police Division confirmed to E! Information on Feb. 26.

In keeping with NYPD, police responded to a 911 name round eight a.m. native time. Upon arrival, officers noticed a 39-year-old feminine, later recognized at Trachtenberg, “unconscious and unresponsive.”

“EMS responded to the situation and pronounced the sufferer deceased,” NYPD stated. “Criminality isn’t suspected. The Medical Examiner will decide the reason for demise. The investigation stays ongoing.”

ABC Information, citing police sources, reported that Trachtenberg was present in her NYC condominium by her mom. The outlet, citing the identical sources, additionally reported that Trachtenberg not too long ago underwent a liver transplant and “could have been experiencing issues.”
