Gina Carano Will Not Return to The Mandalorian Following “Abhorrent” Social Media Posts

Gina Carano won’t return to her position on The Mandalorian following backlash over her current social media content material.

“Gina Carano is just not at the moment employed by Lucasfilm, and there aren’t any plans for her to be sooner or later,” the assertion learn. “However, her social media posts denigrating folks primarily based on their cultural and spiritual identities are abhorrent and unacceptable.”

Earlier within the day, the hashtag #FireGinaCarano had been trending in response to her social media exercise.
