The Ultimatum’s Blake Arrested for Alleged Assault, Case Dismissed

Nick Lachey, Vanessa Lachey Kick Couple Off The Ultimatum in Shocking Season 4 Moment

One member of The Ultimatum got into some legal trouble after filming ended.

Blake Robertson—who is appearing on the currently-airing fourth season of the Netflix reality series, which sees one half of a couple give their partner the choice to either break up or get married—was arrested in October for allegedly assaulting girlfriend Hayley Hendrich

The pair entered the Netflix series as a couple, with Robertson presenting the ultimatum to Hendrich.

According to an arrest record viewed by E! News, Robertson was arrested in October 2025 in Nacogdoches, Texas, for an incident in which he allegedly put his hands on Hendrich.

Robertson’s attorney Sean Hightower, however, told TMZ, “Blake’s case was rightfully dismissed by the prosecutor almost immediately, and all records were expunged.”

When contacted by E! News for comment, Robertson affirmed, “Everything my attorney has said is correct. The case was dismissed within a month. Hayley signed the affidavit. We are still in contact today. We’ve got the reunion coming up soon so everyone stay tuned.”
